Of course there’s life after Facebook if we decide to erase our account, but the giant company knows too well how to push our pleasure buttons: we are all hooked and don’t want to quit Facebook even if we could!

Facebook is nothing but a tool and it’s up to us how we use it.

Let’s hope our children will be wiser and learn how to manage Facebook so it doesn’t affect their mental health and well-being.
